Items purchased on our site, or in our German Village shop, may be returned by the purchaser within 30 days of the date of delivery/purchase.  Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.  We will refund your original purchase price, exchange item(s) for other products, or issue a store credit.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you received a gift from Helen Winnemore Craft, it may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days of the date of delivery/purchase.

OF NOTE:

- Shipping charges are not refundable.

- Store credit does not expire.

- Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance charges.

- Returned items must be in original, unused and undamaged condition, with original tags and/or packaging.

- Returns without original receipt, will be exchanged for the current price, or be given store credit at current price.

- Items returned for exchange will not incur a second shipping charge.

- Special orders are not returnable.
